Born with a hole in her heart, Zoey is a heart advocate and founder of the self-created organization, A Hole Lot of Heart. Speaking up for CHD survivors everywhere, Zoey strives to raise awareness about Congenital Heart Defects and promote heart-health through living a healthy and active lifestyle. Through this, she uses her platform to host heart walks/hikes, as well as post heart-healthy facts and statistics online to help educate people everywhere on both the importance of self-love and living each and every day with a whole lot of heart.
